About Lendlease Plus

 

1.   What is Lendlease Plus?

Lendlease Plus is a shoppers' rewards programme that allows you to earn Lendlease Plus$ at all malls of Lendlease Retail Pte Ltd listed below. When shoppers scan their QR code receipts or upload images of their receipts via the app/concierge at participating stores, Lendlease Plus$ will be issued and stored in our rewards programme. These Lendlease Plus$ can subsequently be exchanged for physical/electronic vouchers and/or carpark dollars.

Membership Registration


1.   How do I qualify to sign up as a member?

Lendlease Plus is open to all shoppers aged 16 years and above at the time of application, with a verified local mobile number and an email address.


2.  How do I sign up as a member?

You can visit the Concierge desk of any participating Lendlease malls to sign up as a member or visit our website at lendleaseplus.com to do so.

Lendlease Plus is also available in the form of a mobile application (app), which you can download from the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices).

 

3.  Can I sign up as a member if I am not residing in Singapore?

Yes, you can still sign up if you have a valid local mobile number to proceed with a one-time-password verification.

 

4.  How do I download the Lendlease Plus app?

Search for "Lendlease Plus" in the App Store or Google Play Store.

 

5.  How do I login if I am registering to be a member for the first time?

6.  I was a PP Friends / JemX / Club313 member, do I still need to sign up for Lendlease Plus?

Yes, you will still need to sign up for a Lendlease Plus account. All previous mall membership programs have ceased since 31 Oct 2018. We take your data privacy and PDPC laws seriously, so we would never transfer your data without your consent. The new rewards programme is under Lendlease retail, and provides new benefits and access to all the malls. Thus, we will need existing members to sign up again to enjoy them.

 

7.   Can I still sign up without using a mobile device?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to register for a membership without a mobile device as we need the OTP for verification. However, you may still register for a shopper account which will enable you to redeem for gifts during our campaign period.

 

8.  Can I still sign up without an email address?

For users without an email address, you can still register for a Lendlease Plus account at our Concierge desk. This is only applicable for users above the age of 60.

 

9.  Do I need to activate my Lendlease Plus account at the Concierge desk?

There is no activation process required once you have validated your account. Activation is immediate upon completion of application through website and Lendlease Plus app. You can immediately begin to earn Lendlease Plus$ at participating outlets in Lendlease malls.

 

10. Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee for Lendlease Plus membership.

The Lendlease Premium membership requires members to meet a minimum spending criterion of S$8,000 in a 12-month qualification period.

 

11. What is the difference between the membership tiers?

Members from the 2 tiers enjoy a different conversion rate for transactions.

12. Is there an expiry to my membership?

Your basic membership does not expire, however your Lendlease Plus$ and Lendlease Park Plus$ do expire. If you are a Premium member, your membership may be downgraded to Basic if the annual spending of $8,000 is not met in the 12 – month qualification period.

 

13. How do I upgrade to another membership tier?

Members from the Basic tier will automatically be upgraded to the Premium tier once they meet a minimum spending criterion of $8,000 within a 12-month period.

 

14. Why is my membership downgraded?

Premium members need to meet a minimum spending criterion of $8,000 in the 12-month qualification period. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the double points privilege  for this membership tier, do track your total spending by downloading the Lendlease Plus mobile application.

 

15. How do I renew my membership?

Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, your membership will be valid as long as the Lendlease Plus Rewards Programme is in operation. 

Basic membership does not expire.

For Premium members, your membership status will renew or be downgraded based on your total spend in the 12 months of membership period.

16. Is the membership transferable?

No, Lendlease Plus membership is non-transferrable. Friends and family members keen on enjoying the same benefits can sign up as a member. Membership is free.

 

17. How can I update my membership profile?

You can update your membership profile details through the Lendlease Plus mobile app under My Account > Profile. Alternatively, visit our Concierge desk at any participating Lendlease malls for update of essential information such as mobile number and date of birth.


18. I have signed up as a Lendlease Plus member at the Concierge desk but I do not have a password. How do I log in via the mobile app or website?

You can create a password by accessing >> Reset your password via the mobile application or website. You will need to have a valid email address pre-registered when you first signed up.


19. Can I change my password?

Yes, you may do so from the Lendlease Plus mobile app by clicking on reset password via the login page. Alternatively, your password can also be reset via the website.

Program Mechanics

 

1.   What is the qualifying period to start earning reward points?

You can start earning Lendlease Plus$ starting from 16 Nov 2018* onwards.  


2.  Is there a minimum spend to earn reward points?

A minimum of $10 per receipt is required to earn Lendlease Plus$. $1 spent = 10 Lendlease Plus$ or 2 Lendlease Plus$ (for Supermarket purchase). Calculation of the Lendlease Plus$ is rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g. $50.80 = $50 Plus$)

 

3.  Does the Lendlease Plus$ earning apply to all shops within the Lendlease malls?

The earning of reward points is applicable to all participating stores, with the exclusion of the following:

-       Money changer / Bank / ATM / Financial Services

-       NETS / Credit / Debit Cards transaction slips

-       Pushcarts

-       Temporary vendors at promotional spaces i.e. atrium

-       SISTIC, AXS / SAM payments

-       Cashcard / Stored Value Cards Top-Up transactions

-       Bill payments

-       Lottery tickets

-       Pawn shops

-       Purchase of mall/ retailer vouchers

-       Online Purchases

 

4.  What is the expiry for Lendlease Plus$?

Lendlease Plus$ earned in the calendar year will expire on 31 Dec of that year*. A six (6) months grace period till 30 June the following year will be given for members to convert their Lendlease Plus$ into available rewards.

*Lendlease Plus$ earned in 2018 will expire on 31 Dec 2019 and all points accumulated in 2019 will expire on 30 June 2020.


5.  Can the minimum spending for redemption be in multiple receipts?

No, the minimum spending of $10 can only be presented in a single receipt.

You may convert your Plus$ to available rewards through the mobile app for Lendlease E-Vouchers or Lendlease Park Plus$. You may also redeem via the Concierge desk for physical Lendlease vouchers or convert them for Lendlease Park Plus$.no

Earn Rewards


1.   How do I earn Plus$?

Receipt amount must meet the minimum spend of $10 to qualify. Plus$ can be earned at participating outlets through the following ways:


a)    Scanning of membership QR at POS integrated outlets

-       Access your membership QR via the Lendlease Plus mobile application. Do note that your membership QR refreshes automatically

-       Present your membership QR upon purchase at the stores before making a purchase

-       Store staff will scan your membership QR

-       Upon payment, Lendlease Plus$ will be awarded*

*Do allow up to 10 mins for Lendlease Plus$ to be updated

b)    Scanning of receipt QR code at participating outlets

-       Launch the Lendlease Plus mobile app

-       Go to “More” >> “Scan Receipt QR”

-       Scan the QR code on the receipt

-       Plus$ will be awarded^

c)     Uploading of receipt image via mobile app, kiosks^ and at Concierge desk

-       All receipts are to be submitted within the next 2 days

-       Receipt verification will take up to 7 working days for mobile/kiosks submission

2.  Can I submit at the Concierge desk for my receipts transacted at a different Lendlease Mall?

No, you can only submit your receipts at the Lendlease Mall that you’ve transacted at in no later than the next 2 days. E.g. If the receipt is dated 20 Oct 2018, the receipt must be submitted no later than 22 Oct 2018, 11.59pm.


3.  What should be contained in the receipt images?

To qualify, receipt images must clearly show the shop name, mall name, unit number, total purchase amount, receipt number and the date of purchase.


4.  If my receipt is too long to be captured clearly, what should I do?

Receipts should be folded in the middle to shorten it without blocking the shop name, mall name, unit number, total purchase amount, receipt number and the date of purchase. Note that some receipt formats have this key information printed at the bottom.


5.  Is there a limit to the points we can accumulate within a day?

Basic members can earn up to 10,000 Plus$ per day, Premium members can earn up to 20,000 Plus$ per day.

For your birthday month, you get to enjoy double points and you can earn up to 20,000Plus$ for Basic members and up to 40,000 Plus$ for Premium members.


6.  Are the receipts transacted before the Lendlease Plus membership valid? Can I use them to earn points?

No, it is not valid. Only receipts after Lendlease Plus membership registration can be used.

Redeem Rewards

1.  How do I use my rewards?

a)    For E-Vouchers, scan your membership QR at participating outlets before payment

b)    For physical vouchers, pass the voucher(s) to the store staff before payment is made

2.  I changed my mind after converting my Lendlease Plus$ to Park Plus$ (carpark credits). Can I change to the mall vouchers instead?

Once redeemed, the Lendlease Park Plus$ will be non-refundable.  

 

3.  How do I know when my reward points are used?

You can check the “transaction history” >> “E-Vouchers” or “Lendlease Park Plus$” for the statement of rewards used via the Lendlease Plus app or website

Carpark rewards


1.   How do I redeem for Lendlease Park Plus$ using my reward points?

You can convert your Lendlease Plus$ to Lendlease Park Plus$ via the Lendlease Plus mobile application or at the Concierge desk.


2.  Is the Lendlease Park Plus$ limited to one registered car? What if i drive more than 1 car to the malls?

Lendlease Park Plus$ is only for members who have their vehicle number and IU number registered in the system. This is limited to 1 registered car under each member’s account. The vehicle number and IU number must not have already been registered to another member’s account.


3.  How does the carpark charges deduction work with Lendlease Park Plus$?

Before exiting the carpark, you need to have ready Lendlease Park Plus$. Upon exiting, your converted Lendlease Park Plus$ would automatically be deducted first. Should there be insufficient charges for the parking fee, the balance would be deducted from your cashcard.


4.  How much Lendlease Park Plus$ can I convert?

There is no limit to the number of Lendlease Pak Plus$ you can convert. However, do note that Lendlease Park Plus$ is valid for 6 months upon conversion. Please also allow up to 15 mins for the conversion to take place.


5.  What is the expiry date for my Park Plus$?

Lendlease Park Plus$ expiry = 6 months from month of conversion.

6.  How do I know when my Lendlease Park Plus$ are expiring?

You can check the expiry date of the converted Lendlease Park Plus$ via the Lendlease Plus mobile app, enquire at the Concierge desk or call the membership hotline at +65 65408766 (operating hours: 9am – 6pm from Mon to Friday excluding PH).

 

7.   How do I use the Lendlease Park Plus$ after redemption?

Redeem your Lendlease Plus$ to Lendlease Park Plus$ in the Lendlease Plus app, 15 minutes before leaving the mall. The redeemed carpark fee will be deducted upon exit; there is no need to remove your cash card unless you’ve a complimentary carpark coupon.


8.  Can I extend the usage period of the Lendlease Park Plus$?

Lendlease Park Plus$’s validity period cannot be extended, Lendlease Plus$ once redeemed for carpark is non–refundable and non-exchangeable.


9.  Can I combine the usage of the redeemed Lendlease Park Plus$ with X-hour of complimentary carpark coupon issued by Lendlease Mall?

Yes, they can be combined. The redeemed Lendlease Park Plus$ will be deducted from the total charge first and the remaining charges will be deducted from the complimentary coupon. Note: if there are Park Plus$ available in the members’ account, it will always be deducted first, followed by either a complimentary carpark coupon or cash card.  


e.g. Member has 2 Park Plus$ and one complimentary coupon worth $2, the parking fee is $6.20, the Park Plus$ will be deducted first, followed by the car park coupon and the remaining $2.20 will need to be paid with cash card.

 

10. Where can I find the parking rates? 

 Rates are listed in the Lendlease Plus mobile  app. It can also be found on our Lendlease Malls websites respectively. 

 

11. Are my Lendlease Park Plus$ transferable?

 No, Lendlease Park Plus$ is non-transferrable.


12. What will happen to my unutilized Lendlease Plus$ or Park Plus$ when it expires?

They are not refundable and non-transferable; hence, it will be forfeited when it reaches the expiry date.

Troubleshooting

1.   I did not receive a mobile OTP upon signup

Please check that the mobile number given is accurate. Mobile number must be a valid 8-digit number registered in Singapore starting with the digits 8 or 9.  If you are still experiencing issues receiving mobile OTP, please reach out to our Customer Support team at +65 65408766 (operating hours: 9am – 6pm from Mon to Friday excluding PH).

2.  I can’t login to my account after signup

Please check the accuracy of your login credentials. You can also try to reset your password by clicking on the “Log In” >> “Forget Password” link in the Lendlease Plus mobile app. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with Lendlease Plus. An OTP will be emailed to you to reset your password.

If you are already a Lendlease Plus member but did not have a password, follow the steps above to create a password.

3.  Where can I update my new mobile number?

If you have changed your mobile number, you can update via the Lendlease Plus mobile app or approach any of our concierge desk.


You will be required to verify your new mobile number via an OTP process.

4.  I can’t recall my password

You can try to reset your password by clicking on the “Log In” >> “Forget Password” link in the Lendlease Plus mobile app. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with Lendlease Plus. An OTP will be emailed to you to reset your password.

If you are already a Lendlease Plus member but did not have a password, follow the steps above to create a password.

 

5.  I have submitted my receipts but I did not receive any Lendlease Plus$

If the receipt has been submitted via the receipt image upload option, please allow 7 working days for the submitted receipt to be verified. You can check the receipt status via the Lendlease Plus mobile app.

6.  I have lost my receipt. Can you still award my reward points?

Unfortunately, we will require a valid receipt image for validation.

7.   Why has my receipt been declined?

A receipt may be declined due to one of the following reasons:

●      Submitted receipt has past the receipt submission window (by next 2 days of purchase)

●      There is missing information in the receipt (e.g. purchase date, store name, mall, purchase amount and receipt number)

●      Receipt is not from a participating mall or store (e.g. SISTIC, money changer etc.)

●      Receipt has been already been submitted by you or another member

The Lendlease Plus Mobile Application allows you to participate in our Loyalty Program with ease. Earn and convert Plus$ (Loyalty Points) into E-Vouchers and Park Plus$ (Carpark Credits) at your fingertips! Stay up to date with the latest Promotions and Events, view our Store Directory, view Carpark Availability and rates, participate in Lucky Dips and even purchase E-Vouchers for your friends.


2.   What is my "Membership QR Code"?

Your Membership QR Code allows you to get rewarded instantly at the point of purchase. Simply present the QR code at the cashiers of participating stores.


3.   How do I view/filter my content based on a selected Mall?

You are able to filter content on the app by simply tapping on the "Mall" button on the top right of your screen. All Stores, Promotion and Events will be filtered based on your selection.


4.   How does the Curated Promotion & Events work?

During your registration process, you have selected at least 3 categories. The App then curates the Promotion and Events based on your selection. You are able to change your selected categories in View/Edit Profile under "More"


5.   How do I share a Promotion, Event or Stores?

During your registration process, you have selected at least 3 categories. The App then curates the Promotion and Events based on your selection. You are able to change your selected categories in View/Edit Profile under "More"


6.   How do I favourite a Promotion, Event or Store?

Upon viewing a single promotion, event or store, you are able to favourite the promotion, event or store by clicking on the Heart icon on the top right of your screen.


7.   How do I scan a Receipt QR Code?

Simply tap on "Scan QR" button on the Today page, or in More and scan the QR Code that has been printed on your receipt.


8.   How do I upload a Receipt to earn Plus$?

Simply tap on "Upload Receipt" button on the Today page, or in More and follow the steps to upload your receipt. Do note that uploading a receipt will require a minimum of 7 business days to be reviewed.


9.   How do I view all my favourited Promotion, Events or Store?

Tap on More > My Favourites to view a list of favourited Promotions, Events and Stores.


10.   How do I view Carpark Rates and Availability?

Tap on More > Carpark Availability to view Carpark Lots available in real-time, as well as Carpark Rates/Charges.


11.   How do I change my personal particulars?

Tap on More > View/Edit Profile to update your personal particulars.


12.   How do I change my preferred Interests?

Tap on More > View/Edit Profile to update your personal particulars.


13.   How do I log out of my account?

Tap on More > Settings > Log Out


14.   How do I give feedback/contact support?

Tap on More > Contact / Feedback


15.   How do I turn off Push Notifications?

For app notifications, please make these changes in your mobile phone settings.

21.   Is my phone supported?

The app supports iOS devices running with iOS 10 & above, as well as Android devices running with Android OS v4.4 and above.


22.   Is the app available in my country?

The app is only available in Singapore's region.


23.   How do I download the Lendlease Plus Mobile Application?

You can download the app in Google Play Store for Android devices, and Apple App Store for Apple devices.


24.   Do I have to pay for downloading Lendlease Plus Mobile App?

Lendlease Plus app is completely free to download and install.


25.   How often is the Lendlease Plus mobile app being updated?

We will update it when new features or enhancements are added within the app. Please ensure that you update your app when you see the prompt to ensure that you have the best customer experience


26.   The parking availability shown in the app is not accurate, why is that so?

Kindly note that our real-time data showing on the app refreshes every 5 minutes, hence, you may encounter some slight discrepancies on the car park lot numbers.


27.   The app crashes and/or I’m encountering an error on the app. What should I do?

Kindly take a screenshot or note the steps you have taken to encounter an error. Please send the information to our support team via:
